BOOK CONSULT

HOW IT WORKS

  • Set up your consult through Google Meet to discuss your goals, training experience, schedule, and the type of equipment you have access to. We’ll also complete a movement screen to better understand your current level of mobility, strength, and endurance.

  • After completing your consultation and creating a personalized game plan, the next step is to activate your membership. Subscriptions renew monthly. Once activated, you’ll gain access to TrueCoach, your all-in-one platform for remote coaching.

  • Once your TrueCoach account is created, we’ll assign your personalized program through the app. Here you can view your program, watch video demos, communicate directly with your coach, log your workouts, track your progress, and stay accountable every step of the way. Monthly check-ins will be offered via Google Meet.
